WHY I DO WHAT I DO

Change is easy. Changing is hard.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

As much as we may not like to hear it, the hard truth is that every persistent struggle has more to do with our internal quality of being than the external context we are part of. A different person in the same situation would experience and react to the very same situation differently.

Who we are can be a habit or a choice. I help people and organizations embrace this essential choice.

Working with thousands of leaders worldwide and reflecting on my dynamic life and work experiences, I’ve developed a deep practical understanding of internal vertical design and the key principles of quick yet sustainable transcendence and transformation.

I don’t subscribe to the belief that growth happens only out of the comfort zone. This outdated philosophy is based on maximizing extraction. Without restoration, extraction leads to depletion and disease. Let’s work together to find a path to better growth.

About Svetlana Dimovski, PhD

Svetlana Dimovski, PhD, PCC, NBC-HWC, is a double-credentialed executive coach, Kellogg Executive Scholar in leadership, and an experienced advisory board member. She is a trusted strategic partner and sounding board for mission-driven corporate clients, business founders, tech investors, and private family offices committed to transformational impact and strategic growth.

Svetlana has worked as an executive coach with over 750 executives, leaders, and professionals worldwide in over 30 industries and sectors.

Svetlana’s dynamic career experience includes R&D, strategy & innovation, and P/L business leadership roles in P&G, BASF, and Pact. She has contributed to global product launches for multibillion-dollar consumer brands and operationalized complex strategic transformations.

Svetlana holds a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering (Drexel U.), a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering (U. Novi Sad), and a PG Diploma in digital business (Columbia U./MIT Sloan). She advised on SBIR/STTR and Engineering Research Centers programs as a USGS, NIH, and NSF grant proposal reviewer and panelist. Svetlana served on the Materials Advisory Board at Drexel University, the Board of Trustees for Arts for the Aging, and the Advisory Committee for TechConnect World. Since January 2024, she has been the Vice Chair of the International Coaching Federation Thought Leadership Institute's global Board of Directors.
